Private or Group Classes

Tailor your yoga practice with a certified instructor, focusing on alignment, strength, and flexibility. Ideal for personal growth or team-building, we offer a variety of formats, including gentle yoga, all-levels vinyasa, and soul sculpt. Classes can be held virtually, in our main or hot studio, or at the serene Blackwolf Run Yoga in the woods platform.

Guided Trail Walks

Explore the 500-acre River Wildlife wilderness preserve with our guided trail walks. Meet at the Blackwolf Run Clubhouse for a hike through native vegetation and wildlife. Upgrade to a Wisconsin Master Naturalist Trail guide for an additional fee.

 
 
 

Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga

Merge the elements of nature with yoga on Wood Lake. After a paddleboarding introduction, enjoy a slow-flow yoga practice on the water. Suitable for those who can swim. Light athletic clothing is recommended. Seasonal availability.

Guided Breathing and Meditations

Start your journey into meditation with guidance from a certified instructor. Learn the basics of breathing and meditation to give you tools to begin your practice.

 
 
 

Essential Oil Blending Workshop

Discover the benefits of essential oils for health and home. Learn about oil grades, benefits, and usage, and create your own roller-ball blend for aromatic and topical use.

Intention Setting and Journaling

Focus on daily goals and manifestations with guidance from a Kohler Wellness Instructor. Journals are provided for this experience, helping you settle into a practice of increased daily focus and goal setting.

Enhance your day with movement from the comfort of your office or home. Ideal for improving circulation, posture, and focus. Chair yoga is available virtually or in person.
