With February comes Valentine’s Day.
With Valentine’s Day comes all of the love feels.
And what’s better than to feel self-love!
To feel strong in your body.
To feel sturdy in your mind.
To feel undeniable love in yourself.
We are all about raising the vibrations of strength, courage, and confidence. Our love for you doesn’t stop at ‘namaste’ | it only just begins. As you walk out of the doors and back into your world - we want you to tap into the strength, resilience, and mindfulness that you soaked in during class and use that to be healthy and well.
Feed your body + Feed your soul.
Fuel yourself. Always make sure that you’re hydrating and taking in electrolytes before, during, and after yours cycle class at Bold Cycle or your hot class at Yoga on the Lake. Why? Electrolytes help move nutrients into your cells and makes sure that your muscles, heart, and brain function the way they’re supposed to.
Show your body some love and drink up!
Find balance. Notice you’re taking mostly high intense, high heat, cardio classes? Switch it up. Maybe swap one of those out for a gentle yoga class or foam rolling to bring some balance and healing to your body. Did you know that foam rolling can aid in the recovery of all of those muscles we tend to overuse? Squat much? Tight hamstrings from cycling? Give yourself permission to slow down every now and then.
Your body and mind will thank you.
As we get stronger we strive to do more.
